Lucas's Learning
Lucas is completing 7th grade through "Worldschooling" on our gap year. He is completing multi-disciplinary projects related to the places we visit, focusing on earth/life science and world history. Here are highlights from his published online portfolio.
We are on the Big Island of Hawaii during a conflict about placing a telescope on the sacred Mauna Kea. Lucas studied the issue, both sides, then we visited the protest site. He edited this video as his final project.
